Warranty is limited to 2 years. Manufacturer liability for damage caused by using the device is excluded.
Warranty and technical product support issues are included during warranty period, all other set-up and configuration is treated as an Engineering Service. Techteal Engineering commit to respond to incoming support issue within 2 work days (following Swedish or Indian business days and hours).
